Introduction:
 Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common
metabolic disorders affecting mankind. The number of diabetic patients in the world is
increasing in an alarming proportion and is now considered as one of the major diseases
responsible for number of deaths in the world.
Diabetes is due to lack of insulin or its ineffectiveness in the body. There are two types
of diabetes, one is Type I, which is also known as insulin dependant, and the other is
Type II, which is non-insulin dependant. Another words Type I diabetes has to be treated by insulin
which is given by injection where as Type II diabetes can be treated with other oral anti-diabetic drugs.
Some of the common symptoms of diabetes:
- Excessive thirst / hunger
- Weight loss
- Blurred vision
- Delayed wound-healing / recurrent infections
- Frequent urination
- Unexplained fatigue
Dimarrest is thoughtfully designed product which can be used by both
types of diabetics, having mild to moderate symptoms. It contains ingredients which have a
beneficial effect on sugar metabolism, thereby controlling sugar levels.

Indications:
Depending on the severity, Dimarrest may be used in both Type I and II Diabetes
mellitus as a co – therapy or as directed by the physician
Dosage and Administration:
One capsule two times a day. Can be continued as long as required.
