Nicholas Piramal India Limited announces
Agreement with Pfizer International LLC

Mumbai, 26 December 2005: Nicholas Piramal India Limited, India, today announced the signing of a long-term contract manufacturing related R&D Services Agreement with Pfizer International LLC.

The agreement is for a period of seven years, and is renewable thereafter.

Under this agreement, NPIL will provide Process Development and Scale-up services to Pfizer’s Animal Health Division from its facilities in India.
