NPIL has world-class formulation manufacturing facilities at Pithampur (MP).

Dosage form Capabilities-
NPIL can manufacture following dosage forms:

• Tablets (sugar coated, film coated, plain)
• Hard Gelatin capsules
• Sterile liquids ( Blow Fill Seal Technology)
• Injectables – Vials & Ampoules
• Nasal sprays
• Liquid Orals

NPIL is also setting up a state of art, low relative humidity (<10%) formulations block at Pithampur, which can manufacture arrange of products requiring controlled humidity environment.

NPIL is the only large scale manufacturer of Blowfill Seal products in India and supplies to world markets including USA and Japan.

Manufacturing Facilities-

• Separate air-handling system for individual section to prevent cross contamination
• Pressure gradient to ensure air movement to prevent cross-contamination
• Alarm system for critical services / utilities
• Additional treatment of Potable Water supply
• Layout to facilitate unidirectional movement of men and materials, separate entry for Men and Material.
• All external Doors are provided with inter locking system.
• Decontamination rooms for incoming materials
• Separate Sampling Station with Clean Air Station and air locks for entry
• Separate Dispensaries with air locks, dispensaries equipped with Clean Air Stations
• Integrated / closed powder handling systems to minimize dust
• In - house facility for treatment of Effluent Water
