Spicy Mexican Blend
Ingredients
6 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander-cumin seed powder
4 kashmir chillies, roasted
2 pinches citric acid
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Preparation time: a few minutes. No cooking. Makes
1/2 teacup.
Mix all the ingredients and blend in a blender.
Store in air tight jar
