Sesame and Herb Blend

Preparation time: a few minutes. No Cooking
Makes 1/2 teacup
5 teaspoons dehydrated onion flakes.
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder.
6 teaspoons sesame seeds, lightly roasted.
2 Kashmiri chillies, lightly roasted .
2 teaspoons oregano.
2 pinches citric acid.
teaspoon salt (optional)
