Zero Fat Potato Wafers
Ingredients
3 large potatoes, peeled.
Salt and chilli powder to taste
Microwaving is a revolutionary way of cooking. You can actually
cook and roast without adding fat. The main culprits in a
child's tiffin box are junk food like potato chips, biscuits
and candy. As you know, fat can be the root cause of degenerative
disease later in life. It thus makes good sense to start your
children young on healthy foods.
Preparation time: A few miutes. Cooking time:
5-6 minutes. Serves 4.
Cut the potatoes into about 4 min. thick slices
Wash in cold water and dry throughly
Arrange the potato slices in a microwave dish and microwave
on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or untill crisp
Allow to cool. Store in an air-tight container.
