Orange Yoghurt Shake

Ingredients
3 teacup orange juice
2 teacup skim milk yoghurt
10 teaspoons sugar

Lassi enlivened with sun-kissed oranges.

Preparation time: 10 minutes. No Cooking. Serves 5.

Blend the orange juice, yoghurt, sugar and ice-cubes in a liquidiser
Pour into 5 glasses.
Serve chilled.
