Brief Job Description |
- Strategic & Cost effective sourcing of raw materials for the manufacture of Intermediates/ APIs –developing good contacts in the area of allocated chemistries
- Database/ Internet search for materials
- Develop 40-50 new critical material sources on an annual basis (sample/ documents as necessary)
- Arrange risk free supplies from China/ India sources
- Inputs for quotation submission from the company in an effective manner
- Cost effective sources
- Unique materials
- Timeliness-quick response (3-5days)
- Develop a customer friendly process which aligns with the company’s business management

- Develop 3-5 strategic sources on an annual basis
- Management of Strategic Sourcing for RFP/ Quotation submission from our company in an effective manner
- Cost effective sources
- Unique materials
- Timeliness-quick response (3-5days)
- Supervision of Managers, who are responsible for new source development and identification, negotiation activities
- Develop a customer friendly process which aligns with the company’s business management process and evaluate its effectiveness on a regular interval. Carry out necessary modifications to add value.
