Mr. N Santhanam is Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Chairman, Mr. Ajay Piramal.

Mr. Santhanam plays a key role and acts as a strategic business partner to the Chairman and the company's senior management team. The mission at Nicholas Piramal is to build a world class finance organization with the objective of creating an information environment to facilitate decision making and maximizing shareholders wealth in keeping with the core values of the Group.

Mr. Santhanam is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a brilliant academic career. He has over 30 years of rich and varied experience in Corporate Accounts and Finance.

Prior to joining the Group he was with The Bombay Dyeing & Mfg. Co. Ltd. During his long tenure spanning over two decades with the Wadia Group, he gained rich and immense experience in not only the entire gamut of Finance (including Legal), but also in General Business Management. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the management of Treasury, Accountancy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, etc.
