Driving on Marijuana- there is the high risk of RTAs

There are many things and many rules and regulations that are being considered when the person is driving for the long journey. Among such rules include the use of marijuana while traveling, and especially driving. When the person is looking for the best experience in driving, then there is the strong recommendation by the medical professionals that the marijuana shall not be used while driving. According to the survey done on the drivers, there are more than 10 million drivers around the world each day that are driving under the influence of the marijuana. The frequency in these people is increasing by the day, because the drivers who are driving under the influence of marijuana are dazed and because of this, there is the high frequency of having the accidents in this population which is the greatest risk while driving.


According to the statistics, no matter how much amount of marijuana is being used by the drivers, the maximum period of climax for these people to be under the influence of marijuana is 3 to 5 hours. According to the analysis, 3 out 8 cases of accidents are because of the use of marijuana use while driving, while there are other reasons for which the marijuana can be used other than driving. There is one article in “Epidemiologic Reviews” in which more than 28% of the cases are fatal when the people are having the accidents and the drivers responsible for this are under the influence of marijuana. This epidemiological data is much more of the risk stratified and when the risk is seen in these people, the use of this data is much more complex than thought.


The risk that is being calculated with the use of marijuana while travelling is increasing each year. However, the law enforcement authorities are making it quite clobbered for the people who are using it. There are several tests that are being done on the drivers who are going to have the marijuana on the regular basis. But this data is quite biased. The reason is that in these drivers, the use of marijuana can also be linked to the use on the social grounds. Many teenage girls and boys are using this as the as the tool for enjoyment. Hence, they are being immature at this age; there are increased chances that these people will be having the accidents with the increased frequency.
